A TCG-only card is a card that exists in the TCG but is not currently planned to release in the OCG, usually due to being a promotional card of some kind.
This list is a subset of TCG exclusive, which refers to any card that exists in the TCG but not the OCG, whether or not it is eventually planned to release in the OCG.
