The homepage Current Forbidden/Limited Lists section is broken as the template query checks for effective_date while most of the pages use the start_date property instead (except Master Duel for some reason).
I think I could fix it but don't know what's the best way to do so without potentially breaking other stuff (i.e. update all to start_date or all to effective_date)
