- Zuzu Boyle uses this card in episode 29. She fusion summons this card with Soprano the Melodious Songstress and Crystal Rose through Soprano's effect with the latter treated as Mozarta the Melodious Maestra throught it own effect. This card then attacks Gem-Knight Zirconia. Due to it own effect, Bloom Diva is not destroyed and Zirconia is destroyed, with the battle damage inflicts to Masumi instead. In the same turn, this card later attacks Gem-Knight Lady Brilliant Diamond through the effect of Melodious Illusion, winning Yuzu the duel.
- In episode 40, Zuzu uses this card during her Action Duel against Micky Starlett at the Arc League Championship second round. She Fusion Summons this card using the effect of "Soprano the Melodious Songstress", sending it and "Crystal Rose" (now owned by Zuzu) on her field to the Graveyard; "Crystal Rose" substituting for "Mozarta the Melodious Maestra" through its own effect. This card then attacks Micky's "Wingweaver"; because "Wingweaver" was Special Summoned, this card's effect to deflect battle damage applies, inflicting enough damage on Micky to win the duel for Zuzu.
- In episode 43, Zuzu uses this card during her Battle Royal tag duel with Gong Strong against Halil and Olga. She Fusion Summons this card using the effect of "Soprano the Melodious Songstress", sending it and "Mozarta the Melodious Maestra" on her field to the Graveyard. This card attacks Olga's "Glacial Beast Iceberg Narwhal"; its effect to deflect battle damage applies; and Zuzu activates "Pianissimo" during the attack in order to reduce this card's ATK to 100. Olga takes enough damage to be removed from the duel. Then, Zuzu activates "De-Fusion" to return this card to the Extra Deck and Special Summon "Soprano" and "Mozarta" from her Graveyard.
- In episode 44, Zuzu uses this card during her Battle Royal duel against Dennis McField. She Fusion Summons this card using the effect of "Soprano the Melodious Songstress", sending it and "Tamtam the Melodious Diva" on her field to the Graveyard. Because "Tamtam" was used as Fusion Material for the Fusion Summon, this card's ATK decreases by 500. This card attacks Dennis' "Performage Stilts Launcher"; its effects apply because "Stilts Launcher" was Special Summoned. "Stilts Launcher" is destroyed and Dennis takes 2000 damage. On Dennis' next turn, he Xyz Summons "Performage Trapeze Magician" and has it attack this card; during the attack, Dennis activates "Trick Box", negating the effects of his "Trapeze Magician" then switching control of it with this card. This card attacks "Trapeze Magician" under Zuzu's control, and its effect to deflect battle damage applies, inflicting enough damage on Zuzu for Dennis to win.
- In episode 69, Zuzu uses this card during her Friendship Cup Turbo Duel against Chojiro Tokumatsu. On the sixth turn, she Fusion Summons this card using the effect of "Soprano the Melodious Songstress", sending it and "Aria the Melodious Diva" on her field to the Graveyard. This card attacks Chojiro's "Flower Cardian Lightflare", with Zuzu expecting this card's battle reversal effects to apply. Chojiro activates "Lightflare's" effect to negate the effect of the monster it is battling. After Zuzu finds and activates a second copy of the Action Card "Overpass", which "Lightflare" negates, Zuzu sends "Score the Melodious Diva" from her hand to the Graveyard, allowing her to banish two Spell Cards of the same name from her Graveyard and activate it as part of "Score's" effect; "Score's" inherited "Overpass" effect swaps the ATK of this card with that of "Lightflare"; thus, "Lightflare" is destroyed by battle, Chojiro takes 4000 damage and Zuzu wins.
