Duelist Kingdom

• When Mai Valentine duels against Joey Wheeler, this monster's first appearance is seen after Mai activates "Elegant Egotist" to tribute "Harpie Lady" equipped with "Cyber Shield" to Special Summon "Harpie Lady 1", "Harpie Lady 2" and this card but the effect of "Elegant Egotist" prevents all three Harpie Ladies from attacking on the same turn. On the next turn, the effect of Joey's "Time Wizard" turns his "Baby Dragon" into "Thousand Dragon" and also ages Mai's Harpie Ladies which reduces their ATK. All three Harpie Ladies are then destroyed by Joey's "Thousand Dragon", winning Joey the duel.
• When Mai Valentine duels against an unknown opponent, this monster makes a brief cameo. Mai's three Harpie Ladies ("Harpie Lady 1", "Harpie Lady 2" and this card), equipped with "Cyber Shield", then attack and destroy the opponent's unknown monster, winning Mai the duel.
• When Mai Valenitne duels with PaniK, this card makes another brief cameo. Mai's three Harpie Ladies ("Harpie Lady 1", "Harpie Lady 2" and this card), equipped with "Cyber Shield", are destroyed by PaniK's monsters, losing Mai the duel.
• When Mai Valentine duels against Yami Yugi, Mai activates "Elegant Egotist" which tributes "Harpie Lady" equipped with "Cyber Shield" and "Rose Whip" to Special Summon "Harpie Lady 1", "Harpie Lady 2" and this card. On her next turn, she activates "Monster Reborn" to revive "Harpie's Pet Dragon". Mai's three Harpie Ladies ("Harpie Lady 1", this monster and "Harpie Lady 3") then destroy Yugi's "Mystical Elf" (unaffected by Mai's "Shadow of Eyes"). When Yugi activates "Swords of Revealing Light", Mai's Harpie Ladies ("Harpie Lady 1", "Harpie Lady 2" and this card) and "Harpie's Pet Dragon" unable to attack for three turns. On the third turn, Yugi's "Black Luster Soldier" destroys Mai's "Harpie's Pet Dragon" and this causes Mai to forfeit the duel as she didn't want to see any of her Harpie Ladies harmed. As such Yugi won the duel.

Legendary Heroes

• During the adventure-like duel with The Big Five, Mai Valentine uses "Harpie Lady 1", "Harpie Lady 2" and this card. She then equips all three Harpies with "Cyber Shield" so that they can assist Yugi Muto's "Dark Magician" and Joey Wheeler's "Gilita the Dark Knight" in destroying the many monsters that were guarding "Castle of Dark Illusions". In the final battle, she summons all three Harpie Ladies ("Harpie Lady 1", "Harpie Lady 2" and this card) and equips them all with "Cyber Shield" again so that they can fight the Big Five's "Mythic Dragon" but they are all immobilized as the arena Mai, Yami Yugi, Joey, Mokuba Kaiba and Seto Kaiba are in only allows Dragon-type monsters to attack.

Battle City

• When Mai Valentine duels against Jean-Claude Magnum, Mai activates "Elegant Egotist" to tribute "Cyber Harpie Lady" and Special Summon "Harpie Lady 1", Harpie Lady 2 and this monster. This card then destroys destroys Jean-Claude's "Kunoichi Ayame the Ninja Girl" while Mai's "Harpie Lady 1" and Mai's "Harpie Lady 2" destroys Jean-Claude's "Ninja Commander Ikusa" and "Ninja Commando Kabuki" respectively. On the next turn, Mai's three Harpie Ladies ("Harpie Lady 1", "Harpie Lady 2" and this card) attack Magnum directly as the effect of "Great Kite of Ninja" made Jean-Claude's "Ninja Master Shogun" incapable of defending Magnum's Life Points, winning Mai the duel.
• When Mai Valentine duels against Yami Marik (posing as Marik Ishtar), Mai activates "Elegant Egotist" to tribute "Cyber Harpie Lady" and Special Summon "Harpie Lady 1", "Harpie Lady 2" and this card. She then tributes all three Harpie Ladies ("Harpie Lady 1", "Harpie Lady 2" and this card) to summon "The Winged Dragon of Ra" (which Mai took from Marik earlier thanks to the effect of Mai's "Amazon Chain Master").

Waking the Dragons

• During Joey Wheeler's second duel against Mai Valentine (while under Dartz's influence), Mai activates "Elegant Egotist" to tribute "Cyber Harpie Lady" (one of her three copies that she revives thanks to "Monster Reborn") and Special Summon "Harpie Lady 1", "Harpie Lady 2" and this card. All three Harpie Ladies then gained 500 ATK due to "The Seal of Orichalcos". Mai then activates "Harpie Lady Phoenix Formation" to destroy Joey's "Gilford the Lightning". After Joey's "Blue Flame Swordsman" (equipped with "Red-Eyes Black Dragon Sword") destroys Mai's "Harpie Lady 2", Mai activates "Harpie Lady Phoenix Formation" a second time (thanks to "Spell Reproduction") to destroy Joey's "Blue Flame Swordsman" but Joey uses the second effect of "Blue Flame Swordsman" to transfer the ATK to Mai's "Harpie Lady 1" so that way Joey takes no damage from the effect of "Harpie Lady Phoenix Formation". After Mai's "Harpie Lady 1" destroys Joey's "Flame Swordsman" (which was Special Summoned via the first effect of Joey's "Blue Flame Swordsman"), Mai was about to have this card attack Joey directly and win the duel but she hesitates as she breaks free from Dartz's influence. Mai still won the duel however as Joey couldn't continue the duel anymore due to exhaustion.
