• In Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel 172 (Duelist Duel 113): "Summon the Nightmare", the Doll uses this card during his Duel against Dark Yugi while the former was possessed by Marik Ishtar. He activates this card after he Normal Summons "Revival Jam". During the Doll's next Standby Phase, this card Special Summons one copy of "Slime". During the Doll's next Standby Phase, he Special Summons the first "Slime", but he cannot Summon any monster. He then activates "Nightmare Steel Cage" to prevent Yugi from attacking for three of his turns. During the Doll's next two Standby Phases, he Special Summons the second and third "Slimes". He then destroys this card and Tributes the three "Slimes" to Tribute Summon "Slifer the Sky Dragon".

Anime

• In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode 06565: "Mime Control, Part 1", Strings uses this card during his Duel against Yami Yugi while the former was possessed by Marik Ishtar. He activates this card after he Normal Summons "Revival Jam". During Strings' next Standby Phase, this card Special Summons a "Slime Token". During Yugi's next turn, "Buster Blader" then attacks the "Slime Token", but Strings activates "Jam Defender" to redirect the attack to "Revival Jam", destroying it. "Revival Jam" then revives itself shortly after due to its own effect. During Strings' next Standby Phase, this card Special Summons a second "Slime Token"
  • In the next episode, this card Special Summons a third "Slime Token". Strings then Tributes all three Tokens in order to Tribute Summon "Slifer the Sky Dragon". Since Strings Summoned a monster besides a Slime Token, this card is destroyed.
  • In the next episode, Strings drops this this card from his hand when Marik realizes that he will lose once Strings Decks out. This card is later shown after Strings loses and collapses to the ground.

• In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode 09090: "Mind Game: Mai Vs. Marik, Part 1", Yami Marik uses this card during his Duel against Mai Valentine. He activates this card as part of his plan to summon "The Winged Dragon of Ra". During Yami Marik's next Standby Phase, this card Special Summons a "Slime Token". Later Mai activates "Harpie's Feather Duster" to destroy all Spell and Trap Cards Yami Marik controls, including this card.
  • This card also appears in a flashback Yami Yugi has when he recognizes the "Slime" monsters that Yami Marik was using as the same cards that Marik used in his Duel against Yami Yugi while the former was Dueling through Strings.

Yu-Gi-Oh! GX

• In Yu-Gi-Oh! GX episode 06565: "No Pain, No Game", this card is shown in Mad Dog's hand during his Duel against Zane Truesdale. Mad Dog then activates "Card Destruction" to force both players to discard their entire hand and draw a new hand.
