- Yusei Fudo uses this card during his Duel with Yugi Muto and Jaden Yuki against Paradox. He Synchro Summons this card by tuning "Sonic Chick" and "Quillbolt Hedgehog" with "Junk Synchron". Later "Malefic Rainbow Dragon" attacks this card, but Yusei activates this card's first effect to switch "Malefic Rainbow Dragon" to Defense Position. "Malefic Cyber End Dragon" then attacks and destroys this card. "Malefic Cyber End Dragon" then inflicts piercing damage to Yugi, Jaden, and Yusei. This card's second effect then activates, switching "Malefic Cyber End Dragon" to Defense Position. Yusei then activates "Miracle's Wake" to revive this card. Jaden then activates "Polymerization" to fuse this card with his "Elemental HERO Neos" in order to Fusion Summon "Elemental HERO Neos Knight". Due to the latter's effect, it gains ATK equal to half of this card's ATK. Later "Malefic Red-Eyes B. Dragon" attacks "Dark Magician Girl", but Jaden activates "De-Fusion" to return "Neos Knight" to his Extra Deck and Special Summon this card and "Neos" from his and Yusei's Graveyards. Yusei then activates this card's effect to switch "Malefic Red-Eyes B. Dragon" to Defense Position. "Malefic Truth Dragon" then attacks and destroys "Neos". This activates the effect of "Malefic Truth Dragon", destroying all monsters controlled by Yugi, Jaden, and Yusei and inflicting 800 damage to them for each monster destroyed this way. Two are destroyed this way, so Yugi, Jaden, and Yusei take 1600 damage. After "Stardust Dragon" revives itself via its own effect, Yusei activates "Stardust Mirage" to revive all monsters that were destroyed this turn (including this card). This card remained on the field until the Duel was over.
