- Paradox uses this card during his Duel against Yugi Muto, Jaden Yuki, and Yusei Fudo. He adds this card from his Deck to his hand via the effect of "Malefic World". He then Special Summons this card by sending "Rainbow Dragon" from his Deck to his Graveyard. This card then attacks Junk Gardna, but Yusei activates the latter's first effect to switch this card into Defense Position. Later "Elemental HERO Neos Knight" (whose ATK was 3200 due to it gaining half the ATK of "Junk Gardna") attacks and destroys "Malefic Cyber End Dragon" and this card (as "Neos Knight" can attack twice during each Battle Phase. Paradox then activates "Malefic Tune" to draw two cards as a Malefic monster was destroyed this turn. After "Malefic Blue-Eyes White Dragon" attacks and destroys "Dark Magician", the first effect of "Malefic Truth Dragon" activates (which would destroy all of Yugi, Jaden, and Yusei's monsters and inflict 800 damage to them for each monster destroyed this way), but Yusei Tributes "Stardust Dragon" to negate the effect of "Malefic Truth Dragon" and destroy it, Paradox then activates the second effect of "Malefic Truth Dragon" to banish this card from his Graveyard and prevent its destruction.
