  • In episode 17, a "Number" holder uses this card during his Duel against Fortuno. This card attacks "Number 11: Big Eye", but something unknown causes Fortuno to win the Duel. With Fortuno's victory, he uses Photon Hand to remove the Number holder's soul and obtain this card.
    • While preparing to do his fortunetelling, Fortuno lays this card down and gloats to "Kite Tenjo" that he now has a new "Number" power.
  • In episode 17, Fortuno uses this card during his Duel against Yuma Tsukumo. He Xyz Summons this card by overlaying "Red Shaman", "Green Shaman" and "Orange Shaman". Fortuno activates this card's effect to detach "Red Shaman" and declare Trap for this card's effect in order to prevent Yuma from activating Trap Cards until Yuma's second End Phase after activation. This card attacks and destroys "Gogogo Golem" In the next episode, Yuma activates the effect of "Kurivolt" twice to detach this card's remaining Overlay Units and Special Summon two "Kurivolt Tokens". After Yuma Xyz Summons "Number 39: Utopia", the latter attacks and destroys this card. After the Duel, Astral absorbs this card and "Number 11: Big Eye" from Fortuno.
  • In episode 22, this card is amongst the "Numbers" shown in the Emperor's Key with Astral after Orbital 7 steals the key from Yuma's locker and Shark is forced to take it in order to prevent Orbital 7 (and later Kite Tenjo from taking it).
  • In episode 23, this card is amongst the "Numbers" shown in the Emperor's Key when Kite finds Astral.
  • In episode 25, this card appears in a flashback Astral has when he tells Yuma he was bit shaken as well due to Kite nearly succeeding in defeating him and taking his "Numbers". Astral also states he couldn't believe he actually managed to enter the Emperor's Key.
    • This card also appears in a flashback Yuma has when he remembers that he Duel Fortuno and attained the power of "Utopia Ray".
  • In episode 37, this card appears in a series of flashbacks Astral has when he notes the "Numbers" are pieces of his memories and he wonders what he really is.
  • In episode 67, Dr. Faker uses Sphere Field to absorb this card along with every "Number" Yuma and Vetrix had in their possession after Yuma defeats Vetrix.
  • In episode 68, this card is amongst the "Numbers" floating through the Sphere Field.
  • At some point between episode 73 and episode 74, Astral absorbs this card along with every "Number" that Dr. Faker had in his possession.
  • In episode 112, this card and "Number 17: Leviathan Dragon" fall off of Yuma's pile of "Numbers" when he grabs them and almost throws them down on his desk in anger.
  • In episode 146, this card appears in the montage of "Numbers" in the Summoning sequence of "Number 99: Utopic Dragon".
