Card Appearances:Scab Scar Knight
- In episode 113, Mr. Stein uses this card during his duel against Jaden Yuki. He summons this card on the first turn of the duel. "Elemental HERO Burstinatrix" then attacks this card, but this card wasn't destroyed due to its third effect, however Mr. Stein still takes Battle Damage. At the end of the Damage Step, this card's fourth effect activates, placing a Scab Counter on "Burstinatrix". At the end of the Battle Phase, this card's fifth effect then activates, switching control of "Burstinatrix" to Mr. Stein. On Jaden's next turn, he tries to activate the effect of "Neo-Spacian Air Hummingbird" to increase his Life Points by 500 for each card in Mr. Stein's hand, but this card's sixth effect negated the effect of "Air Hummingbird". Mr. Stein then activates the effect of "Demand Man" to switch "Air Hummingbird" to Attack Position. "Air Hummingbird" then attacks this card, but this card wasn't destroyed due to its third effect, however Mr. Stein still takes Battle Damage. At the end of the Damage Step, this card's fourth effect activates, placing a Scab Counter on "Air Hummingbird". At the end of the Battle Phase, this card's fifth effect then activates, switching control of "Air Hummingbird" to Mr. Stein. In the next episode, Jaden activates the effect of "Spark Blaster" to switch this card to Defense Position since this card cannot be destroyed in battle while it is in Attack Position. "Elemental HERO Sparkman" then attacks this card, but Mr. Stein activates "Victim Barrier" to redirect the attack to "Burstinatrix", destroying the latter instead. The second effect of "Victim Barrier" then activates, placing a Scab Counter on "Sparkman". At the end of the Battle Phase, this card's fifth effect activates, switching control of "Sparkman" to Mr. Stein. On Mr. Stein's next turn, he switches this card to Attack Position. Later "Elemental HERO Neos" attacks this card, but Mr. Stein activates "Scab Scream" to destroy "Neos". The second effect of "Scab Scream" then activates, sending this card to the Graveyard and Special Summoning "Scar-Knight" in its place.
- In the second-above mentioned episode, this card was shown being used in two flashback duels that Mr. Stein participated in when he explained to Jaden that although he could Duel like a Pro-League Duelist, he was too busy attempting to help his family and earning his degree. One showed this card destroying "Skull Knight" and another showed this card destroying an unknown monster.
- In episode 115, this card appears in Jaden's thoughts when he remembers Mr. Stein telling him that will be a time where he will understand what he is Dueling for and Mr. Stein telling him there has never been an instance where he has Dueled for himself.
- This card also appears in a flashback Jaden has when he remembers Thelonious Viper telling him that all he needs to do is provide him with Duel Energy.
- In episode 117, this card is shown in the remains of Mr. Stein's Deck when Jaden's friends arrive at the location where Jaden dueled Mr. Stein.
- This card is also shown in a flashback Jaden has after Jesse notes that some feeling must be driving Jaden during his Duels. Jaden then he notes that Mr. Stein said a similar thing during their Duel against each other.
- In episode 139, this card is seen in a flashback within Jaden's mind when he remembers Mr. Stein tells him that unlike Jaden, he and Professor Viper have darkness sleeping within their hearts, which they carry within their mind.
