- In episode 116, Noah Kaiba uses this card during his Duel duel against Seto Kaiba. He Special Summons this card via the Deck Master Ability of "Shinato's Ark" after the latter is destroyed by Seto's "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" when Kaiba tried to defeat Noah through the effect of "Last Turn". This card then became Noah's new Deck Master. This monster then attacks and destroys Kaiba's "Blue-Eyes White Dragon". Noah then won the Duel as per the effect of "Last Turn". Noah then merged with his Deck Master and turned Kaiba and Mokuba Kaiba to stone. Yami Yugi was furious that Noah won through cheating, so he merges his Deck with Kaiba's and decides to continue the Duel in Kaiba's place with Kaiba's remaining 400 Life Points and Deck Master, "Kaiser Sea Horse".
- In episode 117, Noah uses this card as his Deck Master during his Duel against Yami Yugi. This card then attacks and destroys Yugi's "Gazelle the King of Mythical Beasts". This card's Deck Master ability then halves Yugi's Life Points and increases Noah's Life Points by the amount Yugi lost. On Noah's next turn, this card attacks Yugi's set "Obnoxious Celtic Guardian" but the latter's effect prevents it from being destroyed by monsters that have at least 1900 Attack Points. On Noah's next turn, "Asura Priest" attacks and destroys Yugi's "Obnoxious Celtic Guardian". Noah then uses the effect of "Asura Priest" to allow itself to attack Yugi's set "Cyber Jar". Due to the Flip Effect of "Cyber Jar", all monsters on the Field are destroyed. Although Noah's "Asura Priest" is destroyed, Noah saves his Deck Master by activating another Deck Master ability which he uses to return this monster back to the sidelines at the cost of forbidding himself from moving this monster back to the Field for the remainder of the duel. After "Yamata Dragon" attacks and destroys "Dark Magician", this card's Deck Master Ability increased Noah's Life Points by the damage Yami Yugi took. In the next episode, "Yamata Dragon" attacks and destroys "Kuriboh". This attack would have defeated Yugi, but Yugi activates "Nutrient Z" to increase his Life Points by 4000 before damage calculation. This card's Deck Master Ability then increases Noah's Life Points by the damage Yami Yugi took. After "Inaba White Rabbit" attack Yugi directly, this card's Deck Master Ability increased Noah's Life Points by the damage Yami Yugi took. After Noah used "Chaos Barrier Field" to make "Magician of Black Chaos" and "Dark Magician Girl" battle each other, this card's Deck Master Ability increases Noah's Life Points by the damage Yami Yugi took. After "Hino-Kagu-Tsuchi" attacks and destroys "Magician of Black Chaos", this card's Deck Master Ability increases Noah's Life Points by the damage Yami Yugi took. This card remained on the sidelines until the Duel was over.
- In the first above-mentioned episode, this card appears in a flashback Noah has when he explains to Yami Yugi how his Deck Master was able to avoid being destroyed by the effect of "Cyber Jar".
- In episode 120, this card appears in a flashback that Yami Yugi has when he recalls all the bad things Noah has done previously and when he claims that he is sorry and that he now knows how Yugi and his friends feel.
- In episode 144, this card appears in a flashback Téa Gardner has when she remembers Noah turning Joey to stone and herself claiming to Noah that he is a pitiful child with Noah claiming the goddess of victory comes to the chosen ones and he himself has chosen Yugi to help him, but Yugi refuses.
