Card Appearances:Tri-Blaze Accelerator
- In episode 109, Axel Brodie uses this card during his Duel against Jaden Yuki. He activates this card by sending "Blaze Accelerator" to the Graveyard. He then activates this card's effect to send "Volcanic Scattershot" from his hand to the Graveyard and destroy "Elemental HERO Avian" as well as inflict 500 damage to Jaden. The first effect of "Volcanic Scattershot" then activates, inflicting 500 damage to Jaden. "Volcanic Scattershot's" second effect then activates, allowing Axel to send two more copies of "Volcanic Scattershot" from his Deck the Graveyard and destroy Jaden's "Elemental HERO Neos" and "Neo-Spacian Flare Scarab". The first effect of the two sent "Volcanic Scattershots" then activate, inflicting 1000 damage to Jaden (500 for each "Volcanic Scattershot" that was sent from Axel's Deck to the Graveyard). Later "Elemental HERO Wildheart" attacks directly, but Axel activates "Wild Fire" to destroy this card and "Wildheart" and Special Summon one Wild Fire Token.
- In episode 142, Axel uses this card during his Duel against Skull Knight. He activates this card by sending "Blaze Accelerator" to the Graveyard. Axel then activates this card's effect to send "Volcanic Scattershot" from his hand to the Graveyard and destroy Skull Knight's set monster as well as inflict 500 damage to Skull Knight, but Skull Knight activates "Reverse Effector" to flip his "Magical Merchant" face-up. This activates its Flip Effect, allowing Skull Knight to pick up cards from the top of his Deck until he picks up a Spell or Trap Card which will be added to his hand while any monsters he picks up will be sent to the Graveyard. Skull Knight picks up 12 Normal Monsters and "Synthesis Spell", so the latter card is added to his hand while the twelve monsters are sent to the Graveyard. After that resolves, "Reverse Effector" sends "Magical Merchant" to the Graveyard. This negates this card's effect as its original target was removed from the field. The effect of "Volcanic Scattershot" activates, inflicting 500 damage to Skull Knight. On the last turn of the Duel, Axel sends this card to the Graveyard in order to Special Summon "Volcanic Doomfire".
- In episode 143, Axel uses this card during his Duel against the Supreme King. He activates this card by sending "Blaze Accelerator" to the Graveyard. Axel then activates this card's effect to send "Volcanic Hammerer" from his hand to the Graveyard and destroy "Evil HERO Wild Cyclone" as well as inflict 500 damage to the Supreme King. On Axel's next turn, he sends this card to the Graveyard in order to Special Summon "Volcanic Doomfire".
- In episode 169, Axel uses this card during his Duel against Trueman. He activates this card by sending "Blaze Accelerator" to the Graveyard. Axel then sends this card to the Graveyard in order to Special Summon "Volcanic Doomfire".
