- This card appears in the first Japanese opening theme song, Bonds - Kizuna.
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's episode 6: "The Facility, Part 1", Tenzen Yanagi uses this card during his Ground Duel against Bolt Tanner. During Tanner's turn, Yanagi sends this card from the hand to the Graveyard via the effect of "Spirit Mask".
- This card is also shown when Yanagi shows off his cards to Yusei.
- This card is also shown when Yanagi shows off his cards to Bolt Tanner and his gang members.
- Yanagi drops this card after Tanner's "Giant Ushi Oni" attacks him directly.
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's episode 7: "The Facility, Part 2", Yusei Fudo uses this card during his Ground Duel against Bolt Tanner while the former was using Tenzen Yanagi's Deck. During Yusei's turn on the first turn of the Duel, he draws this card. During Yusei's turn on the last turn of the Duel, he activates this card since he controls "Crystal Skull", "Ashoka Pillar", and "Cabrera Stone", allowing him to destroy all cards on the field. The effects of "Ashoka Pillar" and "Cabrera Stone" each inflict 2000 and 1000 damage to Yusei respectively; however, this card's effect inflicts the same amount of damage to Tanner instead, winning Yusei the Duel.
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's episode 14: "Bloom of the Black Rose", this card is seen when Yanagi shows his cards to Blister.
