- In episode 109, Primo uses this card during his Turbo Duel against Yusei Fudo. He Special Summons this card via the effect of "Wise T3". This action increases the ATK of "Meklord Emperor Wisel" to 5500. "Meklord Emperor Wisel" then attacks "Necro Linker", but Yusei activates "Scrap-Iron Scarecrow" to negate the attack, however Primo activates this card's effect to negate the effect of "Scrap-Iron Scarecrow" and destroy it. Yusei then discards "Arbitrator" to end the Battle Phase. In the next episode, this card remained on the field until the Duel was over.
