- In Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel 9: "The Cards with Teeth (Part 1)", this card's name is mentioned in a minor duel between Yugi and Jonouchi at their school. Although it wasn't shown, this card's ATK can be calculated to 1000 in the manga, since it was destroyed by Yugi's Blackland Fire Dragon and Jonouchi only took 500 damage.

Yu-Gi-Oh! (Toei)[edit]
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode 3: "Journey to the Duelist Kingdom", the situation was reversed. The duel was between Jonouchi and Honda, not Yugi, and it was Jonouchi who played the Blackland Fire Dragon. Honda responded with this monster and it actually managed to destroy the dragon due to the Field Advantage.
- In episode 08, Yugi Mutou dueled a nurse puppet that was controlled by Ridley Sheldon. The nurse puppet summoned this monster in defense position, but the duel was interrupted part-way through. Later it seems that this monster destroyed because it doesn't appear in the end board.
