- Q: 10 of my opponent's cards are banished face-down. My opponent activates the effect of "Treasure Panda" by banishing a further 3 Spells/Traps from their Graveyard, face-down. At this time, if my opponent only has 10 cards left in their Deck, can I activate the effect of "Number 89: Diablosis the Mind Hacker" that banishes cards from the top of my opponent's Deck?
- A: In this situation, if your opponent has 13 cards banished face-down, but only 10 cards in their Deck, you cannot banish cards from the top of your opponent's Deck equal to the number of their cards currently banished face-down. Therefore, you cannot activate that effect of "Number 89: Diablosis the Mind Hacker".[1]
- Q: When my opponent activates "Pot of Desires" by banishing 10 cards from the top of their Deck face-down, they further chain "Enemy Controller" and take control of a face-up "Number 89: Diablosis the Mind Hacker" on my field until the End Phase.
