[Regarding the effect "You can Tribute this card; Special Summon 1 "Yubel" monster from your Deck."][1]

[Regarding the effect "During your opponent's turn, when a monster effect is activated while you control a "Yubel" monster (Quick Effect): You can Tribute this card; that effect becomes "Destroy 1 "Yubel" monster on the field"."][1]

  • It is a Quick Effect that can be activated in the Monster Zone.
  • It cannot be activated during the Damage Step.
  • It can be activated directly in Chain to the activation of a monster effect.
  • It does not affect monsters. (The effect of a monster that is unaffected by monster effects is also changed to "Destroy 1 "Yubel" monster on the field".)
  • When resolving this effect, even if no face-up "Yubel" monster is on the field, this effect is still applied and the monster effect is changed to "Destroy 1 "Yubel" monster on the field".
  • When resolving the changed effect, if no face-up "Yubel" monster is on the field, neither the original effect resolution nor the resolution of "Destroy 1 "Yubel" monster on the field" are applied.
