- Use 2 "Elemental HERO Necroshades" as the Fusion Materials, and you can Summon up to 2 high-Level "Elemental HERO" monsters without Tribute, such as "Elemental HERO Bladedge" and "Elemental HERO Neos".
- When Fusion Summoning this card, try to send DARK monsters that have effects that activate in the Graveyard like "Plaguespreader Zombie" or "Destiny HERO - Malicious" so you can use their effects also.
- You can use this card in a "Neos"-themed Deck, especially if you run "Yubel" and "Neos Wiseman".
- If your Deck does not include "Elemental HERO Neos", keep "Super Polymerization" in your Side Deck, in case your opponent is running a DARK theme in their Deck.
- Use "Future Fusion" and reveal "Elemental HERO Divine Neos" to further increase this card's ATK by 500 at the most (if you substitute the "Neos" monster with "Darkness Neosphere").
- With this card possibly being the final 'Omni HERO', "Elemental HERO" Decks can "Super Polymerization" any monster your opponent controls (besides the "Egyptian God" cards) and its activation can not be responded to. Use this card along with the 5 other Omni HEROes.
- This card plays a key role in a FTK/OTK involving constantly bouncing "Future Fusion" back to the hand.
- You can further raise this card's ATK by using "Deal of Phantom" to add more ATK.
