Card Tips:Michael, the Arch-Lightsworn
- The easiest way to Synchro Summon this card is using "Lumina, Lightsworn Summoner" to revive a Level 4 "Lightsworn" Tuner: either "Raiden, Hand of the Lightsworn" or "Felis, Lightsworn Archer".
- Alternatively, after "Wulf, Lightsworn Beast" is Special Summoned by its own effect, you can pair it with "Minerva, Lightsworn Maiden".
- You can Synchro Summon this card in a "Galaxy" Deck by using "Galaxy Soldier" to search out "Galaxy Serpent" and Normal Summoning it.
- While you control "Maiden with Eyes of Blue", Normal Summon "Bright Star Dragon" and boost "Maiden" to Level 3. "Maiden" will Special Summon "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" before you Synchro for this card.
- "Morphtronic Scopen" can Special Summon "Morphtronic Radion" to Synchro for this card instantly.
- "Vylons" can make it with "Vylon Cube"/"Stella" and "Vylon Hept". Using "Cube" will get an Equip Spell Card in the process.
- Use "Fabled Raven" to discard 2 cards, including "The Fabled Ganashia", then revive "Ganashia" for the Synchro.
- This card's 2nd effect is useful in order to prevent a deck-out and can be easily triggered by "Judgment Dragon" or triggered situationally through "Minerva, the Exalted Lightsworn".
- It can also be used to return a monster from your Graveyard to your Deck, which can be added to your hand with "Charge of the Light Brigade" later.
- It can also be useful to recover some LP, especially after this card's cost and/or the costs of "Judgment Dragon".
