Card Trivia:Timelord Progenitor Vorpgate
- This monster's Japanese name is based on the Vulgate, the late 4th century Latin translation of the Bible.
- This is the first and currently only "Timelord" Synchro Monster.
- This is also the first and currently only DARK "Timelord" monster.
- In the Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V manga, this monster was referred by Eve as a "legendary Synchro Monster". This is ironic, considering that the Duelist who originally used the "Timelords", Z-one, despised Synchro Monsters as they lead to the destruction of the world in the future where he came from, in the Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's anime.
- This is the only "Timelord" monster that is not based on a Judeo-Christian deity, as the other Main Deck "Timelord" monsters are based on archangels while "Sephylon, the Ultimate Timelord" is based on God.
- This card's OCG/TCG artwork is taken from Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V Scale 33: "Eve's True Skills!!", specifically from the panel showing this monster being Summoned.
