During the turn you use this Skill, you cannot Special Summon any monsters except Xyz Monsters. This Skill can only be used if you begin the Duel with a Deck/Extra Deck that contains at least 1 monster and no monsters other than WATER monsters. This Skill can only be used once per Duel. |
