Duelist Kingdom (The Sacred Cards and Reshef of Destruction)
Duelist Kingdom or Duel Kingdom is a tournament existing in the continuity of Yu-Gi-Oh! The Sacred Cards and Yu-Gi-Oh! Reshef of Destruction. The tournament takes place before the events of the two games and is mentioned a number of times by characters.
It is based on the Duelist Kingdom tournament from the Yu-Gi-Oh! manga and the Duelist Kingdom tournament from the anime.

Tournament[edit]
Maximillion Pegasus hosted the tournament on Pegasus Island.
During the tournament, Yugi Muto defeated Mako Tsunami in one of his Duels. Bandit Keith was eliminated at some point. And Yugi defeated Pegasus to win the tournament.
Aftermath[edit]
Pegasus went missing after the tournament.
Keith's defeat proved particularly humiliating and he was brainwashed by Marik Ishtar, whom Keith believed would give him a chance to get revenge.
