Forum:Exodia Themed Deck, Suggestions?

I'm playing the PC game, Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist. I've invested a lot into card packs to get all of these Exodia cards to actually build a working deck. I'd like to know where I can improve. I might not have access to every card at the moment, and some of these cards are there just because I feel like they're the best I have. My goal with this deck is to protect my Exodia Necross or Exodius the Ultimate Forbidden Lord cards, and to stall my opponent until those cards are in motion.

I only have one Heart of Clear Water, but I can equip it to Exodius to protect him until he can reach 2,000 points, and he should be safer by then. Defender, the Magical Knight and the Bound Wand cards are also useful for protecting Exodius and keeping him on the field. Many of the other cards are there to limit what my opponent can do, such as Swords of Revealing Light, my two trap cards, the Breaker the Magical Warrior and Dark Magical Warrior cards, and The End of Anubis cards.

Naturally, there's a lot of cards that allow me to draw/discard to get those Exodia cards into the graveyard so I can use Exodia Necros. Should I add a card that allows him to pierce a defense position monster, or attack lifepoints directly, and which cards should I use? Should I have another Contract with Exodia or another Exodia Necross? I felt like I drew Exodia Necros before I needed him and would sometimes end up with 2 of that card, so I am running 2 instead of 3.

Which cards could I use to search for cards, and should I? Just looking on making this deck a bit more competitive. It's working against the historical opponents in the game, but I doubt it'll be any good in multiplayer against other players. What is it lacking or missing? I don't know if cards like Pot of Greed are allowed in multiplayer in this game, but if they aren't, what are some alternatives?

Any help would be great. Other than playing when I was a kid for fun, I'm new to Yu-Gi-Oh!.

Take out Exodia Necross and Contract with Exodia. They're too situational to make good use of, especially in a Deck that is better off with just the pieces of Exodia and Exodius, which is also easier to Summon. Another card you may want instead of Exodia Necross is the new Exodia monster from Yugi's Legendary Decks II. --MasterMarik (talkcontribs) 02:20, December 14, 2016 (UTC)
I'm guessing you mean The Legendary Exodia Incarnate. Unfortunately, he's not available in that PC game as far as I can tell. Might be a DLC, but that's doubtful. Is it a new card, apparently the newest cards aren't in game. I saw that card while poking around, though, and agree it'd make a great addition. Do you think I should make a separate deck to use Exodia Necross? (I own this card and the Contract with Exodia card, but only 1 part of Exodia irl, so I've never been able to build a deck with him, always wanted to). Yes, that's the monster I mean. Exodia Necross isn't a worthwhile card at all because it's effect is slow and it will self-destruct if any of the 5 pieces are take out of your Graveyard. --MasterMarik (talkcontribs) 21:12, December 14, 2016 (UTC)
