New Series?

"New Series?" is a yonkoma, which appeared at the end of the first chapter of the Yu-Gi-Oh! GX manga.

According to Kazuki Takahashi this is a true story.

Summary

• Kazuki Takahashi receives a phone call in mid-June 2005.
• To Takahashi's astonishment, the person at the other ends informs Takahashi that he is going to do a manga for Yu-Gi-Oh! GX.
• Takahashi asks what he is talking about and the other person repeats that he is going to make a manga for Yu-Gi-Oh! GX.
• Takahashi hears Akira and his editor laughing at the other side of the phone and says to himself that they have all been drinking.
