In all honesty, I don't think the line that prevents Diamond Head Dragon from attacking should be there. It doesn't appear in the Japanese text and there's no mention of it in the one episode where it would've mattered- in the Japanese OR English dub.

If there was some effect that stopped Diamond Head Dragon from attacking, it wasn't on this card. It's more likely that it was on the dragon itself, since we still don't have a clear shot of its text.
