Talk:Divine-Beast

This page doesn't say the most importan thing: Divine-Beast is not the real type of the Egyptian God Cards, but only a type created by Konami to show that the real life cards are not playable in official duels. In the manga/anime, Slifer is explicitly said to be a Dragon type, and this article should say it. If Slifer is a Dragon, we can assume that Ra is Machine and Obelisk is Warrior. --80.182.27.197 16:49, December 19, 2009 (UTC)

Ra is a more a Winged-Beast then a Machine, and Obelisk a Feind --hanmac

It could be, I only took the idea from the page Egyptian Gods, in which we can read "There remain several disputes over the abilities of god cards, due to the way they are used in the anime. Some contend that in addition to the "Divine-Beast" Type, Obelisk is considered to be a Warrior, Slifer a Dragon, and Ra a Machine (mainly due to its Machine-like appearance, although it was classified as a Machine-type monster in the Game Boy Advance games in which it appeared)". I would delete "in addition to the "Divine-Beast" Type", but that page is protected. However, Machine or Winged-Beast, Warrior or Fiend, I think that this page should say that Divine-Beast doesn't exist in the manga/anime. --80.182.27.197 17:50, December 19, 2009 (UTC)

Actually, "Divine-Beast" does exist in the Manga, in Yu-Gi-Oh! R the Wicked Beasts are shown to be "Divine-Beast's", so yes it does exist.Altyrell 19:00, December 19, 2009 (UTC)
