Since some of the events are taking place in Fusion, it might be best not to call this arc "Heartland City". As to what we should call it though, I have no suggestions. Cheesedude (talk • contribs) 15:59, May 4, 2016 (UTC)

The Next Dimensions?

I actually do not see a problem with Xyz or Heartland Arc (I'd prefer going with Xyz, we didn't call the last one the City Arc after all), so long as the main focus ends up there I don't think it should require 100% of the action to get the name.

...ooo, How bout "The Resistance Arc", something both Dimensions have in common right now and will likely be the focus of.

It definitely needs a better name. I'm terrible with names, though. What about "The other dimensions"? "The Four Dimensions"? Or "Dimension jumping", "Wandering through dimensions", "The Resistance counterattack", "Xyz vs. Fusion", "Reuniting"/"Gathering"?

Well... I know some of these suggestions are comically awful (some aren't even "comically"), but maybe someone can grab a word or two and come up with something better. I effing hate myself and the ARC-V writers now...but, given the shift in "intros" and the change in plot and dimensions, would it just be easier to reclassify the "Heartland City" arc as episodes 100-112 and add 113-124 to the Duel Academy arc?

Unless we're going to stop classifying by OP/ED theme, I don't think we should do that.

All right.

Given that it seems that there may be a "shift" similar to between the Friendship Cup and the Finals arcs (126 being ala 76), should we shunt 125 into the Heartland arc, then? It's not the first time that there's been wiggle room; the Arc League Chamionship arc started in episode 27, but the new OP/ED didn't hit until episode 31.
