judging by how it was used, since yusei later revived the stardust dragon summoned by this card's effect, we can probably assume the writer's intention was to treat this card's effect as a proper summon. a footnote with altered text from how it was actually used, instead of the japanese text we got a glimpse of, including '(This is treated as a Synchro Summon.)' might be useful, considering some simulators that port anime versions of cards take the text on these pages literally. No. It's the """Pro""" simulators' problem of assuming the anime sticks to irl rules. It doesn't; the anime frequently flouts irl YGO mechanics, because the writers don't take the time to fully understand the game rules. There are tons of problems these simulators cause in trying to introduce anime/manga cards, so the simulators definitely don't dictate how the wiki translates/explains card effects. --UltimateKuriboh (talk • contribs) 03:33, September 29, 2017 (UTC)
