Talk:Meklord Emperor Wisel

The effect looks longer on the card than it does on it's page. Is there any way to find out it's true effect(s)? All I can think of is waiting for a fansub of it or something. EHeroDarkNeos 06:07, 4 July 2009 (UTC)

There is no way except of waiting and watch the series going. But I highly doubt that we will find more information about this card soon in some next episodes. I think this card will be the featured card of the episode 66. --Blackwings0605 07:00, 4 July 2009 (UTC)

After seeing the Episode and the preview for the next one, something tells me that two of it's effects is:

  • This card gains ATK equil to the ATK of all other face-up "Wisel" Monsters on your side of the Field.

and the other:

  • If a "Wisel" Monster is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard Special Summon it.

not sure if it's a Once per turn effect, and if it's during the End Phase the monster is brought back to the field. But that is just my guess. Kid Neos 4:00 AM, July 4th 2009

Image[edit]

Why doesn't this guy have a card lore? --75.107.104.167 16:28, 9 July 2009 (UTC)

  • OP Lessons didn't want fans to discover ALL of its effects. Diehard Guy 05:47, 12 July 2009 (UTC)

How to defeat this monster[edit]

Why doesn't Yusei just use Turbo Warrior, as it is unaffected by Lv. 6 or lower monsters.

because Wisel was over 2500 atk

Okay now[edit]

Seriously, how do you get these pictures. I watched all the episodes with Machine King Wisel, and they didn't show the card picture. I kinda doubt there will be an english release for the combined version of the cards. They already made the seperate parts in Japanese, and Placido use the cards seperately on his duel disk

That's in the anime, in the real life the Machine Emperors will be their full bodies on a card. OMG! You did it (talkcontribs) 03:40, July 17, 2010 (UTC)

But a couple days ago, I saw the body part of it in japanese. Oh, and where is the body part card now? The link directs me here. Then the Wisel page wouldn't be correct, as the chart list Machine Emperor as a body, but the link takes you to the whole thing

Having the entire body messes everything up. First of all, the core will summon the COMPLETE Machine Emperor, then summon seperate body parts? Thats messed up. And a lvl 1 monster with 2.5k attack? Even more crazy. And then, it has upgrades too, to make it stronger originally. But now, since its a complete body thing, then I guess the extras are screwed cuz you ccan't rip the card into a seperate piece and then tape a part of the upgrade to it? then Wise A3 and Skiel A3 are completely useless

Spanish name[edit]

Well, the name I gave to Wisel, Grannel and Skiel are not official. However, those kind of names, as some people think it's HIGHLY incorrect, are possible. See some Spanish names for Allies of Justice, they have the words "Aliado de la Justicia" at the end of their names, and many people believed they'd have it at the start. I use the AOJ Spanish names as an example to put them here. Dark-Shimy (talkcontribs) 02:42, August 9, 2010 (UTC)

Just to be clear, I have no prejudice against the current translation, or any other possible translation - my only concern is whether it's official or not. I don't know nearly enough Spanish to be able to come to a conclusion how accurate or in-line with officially translated cards any possible translation may be anyways. =) ダイノガイ千?!? · Talk⇒Dinoguy1000 05:26, August 9, 2010 (UTC)

What I want to know...[edit]

...Is when will this card be released to the TCG? I say when cause there is no way Konami would allow OCG to have an almost God card and not let the TCG have it. Sure, the OCG will probably be able to get hold of it a few months before we will, but I just want to know when we are going to get it and in what form? Will it be relased as a secret rare in an upcoming booster pack, or will we get it through Shonen Jump Magazine? God, the suspense is killing me! --Its the EndOfTheWorld! Mwuhahahaha! 09:35, August 13, 2010 (UTC)

None of us know any more than you do. It may be released as a Shonen Jump promo card, though there are a *lot* of other cards which have been around for longer and which are equally likely targets for an SJ treatment. It may also get released in the upcoming OCG Storm of Ragnarok booster set (in which case it would be virtually guaranteed a TCG release), but again, it's just as likely not to be. ダイノガイ千?!? · Talk⇒Dinoguy1000 16:27, August 13, 2010 (UTC)

Has anybody got a better scan of this card or grannel or skiel?

Trigger, not Inherit summon.[edit]

All Machine Emperor's effects are being stated as "Summon" effect (Inherit Summoning Effect), however, Machine Emperors are "Trigger" effects, given that they can activate outside of the Main-Phase and are chainable.

I suggest giving the card a correction (and to clear off any confusion, to change the text as follows):

This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card cannot be special summoned except with its own effect. When a face-up monster you control is destroyed and sent to the graveyard by a card effect you can special summon this card from your hand.

Name[edit]

Someone should rename this page without having "∞" like the other meklord emperors. LastMinute (talkcontribs) 05:11, May 6, 2011 (UTC)

Why would they do that? You can clearly see "∞" in his japanese name. SuperKirbyFan (talkcontribs) 00:26, May 14, 2011 (UTC)

Yes, i can see that its name has "∞" in its Japanese name, but we used the English Name for the articles and, in TCG, the other meklord emperors doesn't have "∞", so we can pretty much foresee the name of its future TCG. LastMinute (talkcontribs) 04:38, May 16, 2011 (UTC)
  • Hi everyone, can everyone stop renaming the article before a conclusion has made? Just within 24 hours this page chaged from "Meklord Emperor Wisel ∞" to "Meklord Emperor Wisel" then back to "Meklord Emperor Wisel ∞". Worst of all, those who started to move the page did not clean up afterwards, all the 'Gallery', 'Trivia', etc. remained as the old one and others have to clean up for them.--Furuzuki (talkcontribs) 03:57, May 16, 2011 (UTC)
"Meklord Emperor Wisel ∞" is its WC11 name, so that's what we'll use until the card gets released in English. ダイノガイ千?!? · ☎ Dinoguy1000 18:26, May 16, 2011 (UTC)
