this is a bad card...or is it?

In Traditional Format it is very god, without it you can't summon Thousand-Eyes Restrict, in Advanced Format it's only use is Tribute Fodder and they are superior cards to do that (Kaiser Sea Horse, Unshaven Angler, Flame Ruler ,the Effigy Cards, Gellenduo ,and the Dark, Wind and Earth equivalents of Kaiser Sea Horse and Unshaven Angler). So don't use it Advanced Format
