Failed Pendulum Summon[edit]
Did the Pendulum Summon fail since the levels of the monsters Yuya tried to summon were too low? --StephenWalker97 16:04, April 13, 2014 (UTC)
- Odd-Eyes' scale is 4, the Magician's is 8. This means Yuya could summon monsters from Level 5 to 7 with a Pendulum Summon. The monsters his had in his hand were Level 2 and 4. LegendaryAsariUgetsu (talk • contribs) 16:55, April 13, 2014 (UTC)
- From the way it was written, it sounds like he put his Pendulum Monsters in backwards. The left zone was 8 (Magician) and the right was 4 (Odd-Eyes). I think it read his actions as summoning a negative monster.--ReshiramArc1255 (talk • contribs) 02:15, April 14, 2014 (UTC)
- I don't think it matters which end of the scale is which, does it? --Rocket.knight.777 (talk • contribs) 02:26, April 14, 2014 (UTC)

- To me, it just looks like things are backwards here. I mean, how does a scale go from highest to lowest with levels? I really think Yuya foolishly put his Pendulum monsters in the wrong direction. --ReshiramArc1255 (talk • contribs) 02:47, April 14, 2014 (UTC)
- Seconding Ugetsu here. Yuya failed to Summon Whip Viper and Sword Fish because their Levels weren't between 4 (Odd-Eyes' Pendulum Scale) and 8 (Chronomancy's Pendulum Scale). ChaosGallade (talk • contribs) 02:52, April 14, 2014 (UTC)
- I'm pretty sure that it was just that the levels were wrong. Pendulum summons were simply stated to be between the scale values; the description wasn't mentioned to have anything to do with the direction. Aeron Solo wuz here (If you wanna talk) 03:21, April 14, 2014 (UTC)
