The Ambulators is a Duel Gang mentioned during Kalin Kessler's flashback of him planning his takeover of the Satellite's territories, with the rest of The Enforcers. It is only mentioned in the English dub, in Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's episode 87: "Showdown at Sundown, Part 1".
In terms of etymology, an ambulator is a person who walks about; a walker in other words.
