Moved ruling question[edit]
- Talk Pages are only for the discussion on how to improve the article. Next time, you should use the Rulings Queries Forum to ask your questions so they don't need to be moved or deleted. Once of the main reasons is that not many people check the talk pages of articles and questions there tend to be ignored for a long time; like in your case.
