"Mama Is Nyandestar" is the one-hundredth and sixth episode of the Yu-Gi-Oh! GO RUSH!!. It first aired in Japan on April 28, 2024.

Yudias and co. visit Planet Nyakayoshi in search of a method to revive the Velgearians. When they investigate some ruins, they hear a voice saying "Mama!". The source of the voice turns out to be a Darkman called Bruyea, who is specifically addressing Nyandestar. Nyandestar refuses to accept that she's his mom, however, and begins a Duel!

Featured Duel: Nyandestar vs Bruyea[edit]

The Duel is conducted as a Rush Duel.

Turn 1: Bruyea
Bruyea activates the Spell Card "Dark Matter Parallel Pod", sending a DARK Attribute Galaxy Type monster from his hand to the Graveyard to send the top three cards of his Deck to the Graveyard, then he can add two DARK Attribute Galaxy Type monsters with the same Level from among the cards sent to the Graveyard this way to his hand, then if he has two or more face-down Defense Position monsters on his field, he can draw a card. Bruyea sends "Dark Matter Octopus" from his hand to the Graveyard and sends "Dark Matter Ocean" and two copies of "Dark Matter Cloudoll" from the top of his Deck to the Graveyard, then adds two copies of "Cloudoll" from his Graveyard to his hand. Bruyea's hand contains "Dark Matter Jelly", "Fusion", "Dark Matter Drain" and two copies of "Cloudoll". Bruyea Sets "Jelly". Bruyea Normal Summons two copies of "Cloudoll" (0/1300). Bruyea activates the effect of both copies of "Cloudoll", paying 500 LP to change their names to "Dark Matter Mist" this turn, then he can add a "Dark Matter Ocean" from his Graveyard to his hand. Bruyea pays 1000 LP (Bruyea: 4000 → 3000 LP; "Cloudoll" x2 → "Mist" x2), then adds "Dark Matter Ocean" from his Graveyard to his hand. Bruyea activates the Spell Card "Fusion" to Fusion Summon by sending face-up monsters from his field to the Graveyard as material. Bruyea sends both copies of "Mist"/"Cloudoll" from his field to the Graveyard and Fusion Summons "Dark Matter Enigmata" (0/0) in Attack Position. The Continuous Effect of "Enigmata" increases its ATK by the total original ATK of the monsters used as material for its Fusion Summon, and if Bruyea has a face-down monster on his field, "Enigmata" cannot be destroyed by Nyandestar's card effects. As Bruyea has a face-down monster on his field, he activates the Field Spell Card "Dark Matter Ocean" to prevent Attack Position DARK Attribute Galaxy Type monsters with 0 ATK on the field from being destroyed by battle while it is face-up in the Field Zone, and while a player has "Enigmata" face-up on their field, their opponent can only attack that monster. Bruyea Sets "Dark Matter Drain" in his Spell & Trap Zone.

Turn 2: Nyandestar
Nyandestar's hand contains "Rainbow-Eyes Star Cat", "Green-Eyes Star Cat", "Golden-Eyes Star Cat" and two copies of "Cat Soul". Nyandestar Normal Summons "Green-Eyes" (400/200). Nyandestar activates the effect of "Green-Eyes", sending a Beast Type or Warrior Type monster with 200 DEF from her hand to the Graveyard to draw a card, then if she sent a Normal Monster to the Graveyard this way, this turn she can treat it as two Tributes for the Tribute Summon of a monster with 200 DEF in Attack Position. Nyandestar sends "Golden-Eyes" from her hand to the Graveyard and draws "Dark-Eyes Breakstar Cat". Nyandestar Tributes "Green-Eyes" to Tribute Summon "Dark-Eyes" (2200/0). Nyandestar activates the effect of "Dark-Eyes", sending the top two cards of her Deck to the Graveyard to allow it to inflict piercing battle damage this turn, then if she activated this effect during her Main Phase that she Special Summoned it, she can destroy a face-up Level 7 or 8 monster on Bruyea's field. Nyandestar sends "Odd-Eyes Twin Tail Cat" and "Fusion" from the top of her Deck to the Graveyard. Nyandestar Normal Summons "Rainbow-Eyes" (700/200). Nyandestar activates the effect of "Rainbow-Eyes" to send cards from the top of her Deck to the Graveyard equal to the number of face-up Level 7 or higher monsters on the field, then she can add two Level 7 monsters from her Graveyard to her hand. Nyandestar sends "Cat Claw Girl" and "Blue-Eyes White Cat" from the top of her Deck to the Graveyard, then adds "Cat Claw Girl" and "Odd-Eyes" from her Graveyard to her hand. Nyandestar Tributes "Dark-Eyes" and "Rainbow-Eyes" to Tribute Summon "Cat Claw Girl" (2200/200). Nyandestar activates the effect of "Claw Girl", placing a card from her hand on the bottom of the Deck to Special Summon a Beast Type monster with 200 DEF from her Graveyard face-up to her field, and if she Special Summoned a Normal Monster this way, she can also Set a "Fusion" from her Graveyard in her Spell & Trap Zone. Nyandestar places "Odd-Eyes" from her hand on the bottom of the Deck, Special Summons "Golden-Eyes" (1500/200) from her Graveyard in Attack Position and Sets "Fusion" from her Graveyard in her Spell & Trap Zone. Nyandestar activates her face-down "Fusion". Nyandestar sends "Golden-Eyes" and "Claw Girl" from her field to the Graveyard and Fusion Summons "Star Cat Destronya" (2900/200) in Attack Position. Nyandestar activates the effect of "Destronya", shuffling two monsters with 200 DEF from her Graveyard into the Deck to Special Summon two monsters with 200 DEF and the same Level from her Graveyard face-up to her field, and she increases their ATK by 2200 until the end of this turn. Nyandestar shuffles "Green-Eyes" and "Rainbow-Eyes" from her Graveyard into the Deck and Special Summons "Claw Girl" (2200/200 → 4400/200) and "Dark-Eyes" (2200/200 → 4400/200) from her Graveyard in Attack Position. Nyandestar activates the effect of "Dark-Eyes". Nyandestar sends "Stray Force" and "Purple-Eyes Star Cat" from the top of her Deck to the Graveyard. Nyandestar Sets two copies of "Cat Soul" in her Spell & Trap Zones. "Claw Girl" attacks "Enigmata". As Nyandestar's monster declared an attack while Bruyea has a face-up DARK Attribute Galaxy Type monster and a face-down Defense Position monster on his field, Bruyea activates his face-down Trap Card "Dark Matter Drain" to gain LP equal to the original ATK of the attacking monster and negate the attack, then if he has "Dark Matter Ocean" on his field, Nyandestar cannot declare an attack this turn (Bruyea: 3000 → 5200 LP). As Nyandestar ends her turn, the ATK of "Dark-Eyes" and "Claw Girl" returns to normal ("Dark-Eyes": 4400/200 → 2200/200; "Claw Girl": 4400/200 → 2200/200).

Turn 3: Bruyea
Bruyea draws "Dark Matter Reactive Cylinder", "Dark Matter Drain", two copies of "Jelly" and "Octopus". Bruyea Normal Summons "Jelly" (1200/1300). As Bruyea has a face-up DARK Attribute Galaxy Type monster on his field other than "Jelly", he activates its effect, sending a face-down monster from his field to the Graveyard to prevent Nyandestar from activating Trap Cards during the Battle Phase this turn, then he changes it to face-down Defense Position. Bruyea sends his face-down "Jelly" from his field to the Graveyard, then changes "Jelly" to face-down Defense Position. Bruyea Tributes his face-down "Jelly" to Tribute Summon "Octopus" (1700/1300). Bruyea Sets "Jelly". Bruyea Sets "Dark Matter Drain" and "Dark Matter Reactive Cylinder" in his Spell & Trap Zones. The Continuous Effect of "Octopus" inflicts Nyandestar any battle damage Bruyea would have taken from battles involving his Attack Position DARK Attribute Galaxy Type monsters with 0 ATK. "Enigmata" attacks "Destronya" (Nyandestar: 4000 → 1100 LP).

Turn 4: Nyandestar
Nyandestar draws "Returning Cat", "Golden-Eyes", "Odd-Eyes", "Red-Eyes Black Cat" and "Blue-Eyes". Nyandestar activates the Spell Card "Returning Cat", sending a Beast Type monster with 200 DEF from her hand to the Graveyard to return a face-up Beast Type or Beast-Warrior Type monster with 200 DEF from her field to the owner's hand and gain 200 LP, then if she returned a monster whose original Level is 7 or higher this way, she can return up to two cards from Bruyea's Spell & Trap Zone to the owner's hand. Nyandestar sends "Golden-Eyes" from her hand to the Graveyard and returns "Dark-Eyes" from her field to her hand (Nyandestar: 1100 → 1300 LP), then returns Bruyea's face-down "Dark Matter Drain" and his face-down "Dark Matter Reactive Cylinder" from his field to his hand. Nyandestar activates the effect of "Claw Girl". Nyandestar places "Odd-Eyes" from her hand on the bottom of the Deck, Special Summons "Golden-Eyes" (1500/200) from her Graveyard in Attack Position and Sets "Fusion" from her Graveyard in her Spell & Trap Zone. Nyandestar sends "Dark-Eyes" and "Claw Girl" from her field to the Graveyard and Fusion Summons "Star Cat Ace Nyanbuster" (3000/200) in Attack Posiiton. The Continuous Effect of "Nyanbuster" increases its ATK by the number of Defense Position monsters on Bruyea's x 800 and allows it to inflict piercing battle damage ("Nyanbuster": 3000/200 → 3800/200). Nyandestar Normal Summons "Red-Eyes" (500/200) and "Blue-Eyes" (600/200). "Red-Eyes" attacks "Enigmata" (Nyandestar: 1300 → 800 LP). As Nyandestar took battle damage, she activates her second face-down Trap Card "Cat Soul" to change an Attack Poistion monster on Bruyea's field to face-up Defense Position. Nyandestar changes "Octopus" to Defense Position ("Nyanbuster": 3800/200 → 4600/200). "Blue-Eyes" attacks "Enigmata" (Nyandestar: 800 → 200 LP). As Nyandestar took battle damage, she activates her first face-down "Cat Soul". Nyandestar changes "Enigmata" to Defense Position ("Nyanbuster": 4600/200 → 5400/200).
