Chapter 5: Duel 1[edit]

Even if it seems that the opponent has no cards on the field with effects that destroy cards or negate activations, you may be overlooking the presence of "Bujingi" monsters that activate powerful effects from the hand or the Graveyard.

If, for instance, due to the effect of "Bujin Mahitotsu" there is a "Bujingi" monster among the cards your opponent has added to their hand or sent to the Graveyard, check its effect and attack carefully. Also, be careful with "Bujincarnation" when you reach the half-way point of the Duel. A total of 2 "Bujin" monsters will be Special Summoned, so there's a chance that a "Bujin" Xyz Monster will be Xyz Summoned in the process.

Loaner Deck[edit]

Many of the "Bujingi" monsters, which exhibit a wide variety of effects, cannot be activated unless there is a Beast-Warrior-Type "Bujin" monster on your field. Prepare cards to add to your hand and cards to be sent to the Graveyard by utilizing the effects of "Bujin Yamato" and "Bujintei Susanowo."

When there are troublesome face-up cards on the opponent's field, try to deal with them by destroying them with the effect of "Bujingi Quilin."

Opponent's Deck[edit]

The Pendulum Effect of "Bujin Hiruko" can be used to Special Summon a "Bujin" Xyz Monster by stacking it on top of another "Bujin" Xyz Monster with a different card name on your field. By utilizing this effect, it is also possible to Special Summon "Bujinki Amaterasu" using 3 Level 4 monsters as Xyz Material. Flexibly choose the monsters to be Special Summoned according to each situation.

Chapter 5.2: Duel 2[edit]

The opponent will utilize the effects of "Lightsworn" and "Bujin," which send cards from the Deck to the Graveyard. In addition to Special Summoning cards such as "Wulf, Lightsworn Beast," this tactic is aimed at sending "Bujingi" monsters to the Graveyard. By utilizing the effects of "Charge of the Light Brigade" and "Bujintei Kagutsuchi," they will send cards in the Deck to the Graveyard from early on in the game. This means their strategy will be set up quickly, but they will also run low on cards in their Deck quickly. If you check what cards were sent to the opponent's Graveyard to determine what is left in their arsenal, you can pull off a victory in one fell swoop.

Loaner Deck[edit]

A Deck that combines "Fire Fist" and "Bujin" cards that utilize "Fire Formation" Spell/Trap Cards which support Beast-Warrior-Type monsters. By utilizing the effects of "Brotherhood of the Fire Fist - Eagle" and "Bujinki Ahashima," it becomes easier to create a lineup of Link Monsters and Xyz Monsters.

Use monsters reinforced with "Fire Formation" Spell/Trap Cards to launch an attack.

Opponent's Deck[edit]

A Deck that combines "Lightsworn" and "Bujin."

The effects of "Lightsworn" cards that send cards from the Deck to the Graveyard can be used to prepare "Bujingi" monsters that activate their effects in the Graveyard, and "Wulf, Lightsworn Beast" can be used as an Xyz Material for "Bujintei Kagutsuchi" as well as "Bujintei Tsukuyomi."

Chapter 5.3: Duel 3[edit]

"Lunalight" Fusion Monsters include "Lunalight Cat Dancer," which cannot be destroyed in battle, and "Lunalight Panther Dancer," which cannot be destroyed by effects.

Check the effect of the opponent's monster and consider countermeasures, such as whether it is better to deal with it by destroying it or by increasing ATK and dealing with it in battle.

For example, a Beast-Warrior-Type Xyz Monster that has "Zoodiac Whiptail" as Xyz Material will, through an effect that is activated after damage calculation, banish the monster it battled. Since it is not an effect that destroys or chooses a target, it is an example of an easy way to break through an opponent's defense. Aim to use this effect if you have the chance.

Loaner Deck[edit]

A Deck that combines "Zoodiac" and "Bujin" Cards.

The effects of Level 4 "Zoodiac" monsters such as "Zoodiac Thoroughblade" come into play when they become Xyz Material for a Beast-Warrior-Type Xyz Monster, so they can also be used as Xyz Material for "Bujintei Kagutsuchi" and others.

Choose the monster you want to Xyz Summon depending on the situation to get the upper hand in battle.

Opponent's Deck[edit]

"Lunalight" specialize in Fusion Summons. Since there are an abundance of Level 4 Beast-Warrior-Type monsters, it is possible to create a tactic that combines the Link Summon of "Bujinki Ahashima" and Xyz Summon of "Bujintei Kagutsuchi".

If you line up a "Lunalight" Fusion Monster that excels in combat and a "Bujin" Xyz Monster combined with a "Bujingi" monster that can deal with your opponent's cards, you can create a powerful army.
