Gavil Charger
Gavil Chargers are technology developed by the Velgearians in the Yu-Gi-Oh! GO RUSH!! anime. They project energy that can be used to fly, shields oneself from damage, and survive in a vacuum.
Overview[edit]
Gavil Chargers resemble brooches and are worn at the neck or throat. Gavil Chargers vary in appearance; basic Gavil Chargers worn by Velgearian foot soldiers are unadorned triangular brooches, while higher-ranking Velgearians are set with gemstones and have more elaborate and personalized bases.
When activated, Gavil Chargers project green energy in the form of wings, tail fins and a diamond over the Charger itself. The wearer can fly in space with no ill effects.[1] It is unclear if Gavil Chargers have an oxygen supply, but the are confirmed to have a limited energy supply.[2] They can also be used to offset energy differences; Yudias Velgear and his allies used them to offset the difference between the energy requirements of a Duel Disk and a Velgearian spaceship, though this compensation can cause harm to the wearer when the program is interrupted.[3]
