The Space Treasure is a Velgearian spaceship in Yu-Gi-Oh! GO RUSH!!. It is an exploration ship from Val-Valvelgear, but through urban legend came to be known as the Space Treasure and believed to be a cache of treasure buried beneath Mutsuba Town. It is sought in the second arc by both UTS and the Rovian Bandits.

The Space Treasure is considerably different in shape to other Velgearian ships. Its main body is a predominantly triangular jade wing wing, with twin triangular engines at a perpendicular angle to the wing set with gold spikes. Gold spikes also pierce the craft's wings, apparently as landing gear. The ship can be accessed at the starboard through a retractable grey door, or through the twin teardrop-shaped canopy sections at the bow of the craft. The concept art for the ship implies these sections are themselves removable, but this is never demonstrated in the series. The darker green transparent sections are energy shields that allow the occupants to see while maintaining a breathable atmosphere, and can be dispelled to allow the occupants to exit. The nose of the ship is notched between these canopies; arrows between the canopies indicate the front of the craft.

History

The Velgearian spaceship that would be dubbed Val-Valvelgear originally belonged to The Creator, who planned to visit Earth, the planet his origin Otes was from. However, the Creator was absorbed by Kuaidul Velgear, and Val-Valvelgear flew to Earth on autopilot and was buried beneath the ground.

The ship's existence would surface in urban legend following the construction of Mutsuba Town over it, becoming known as the Space Treasure, which would later be mistakenly attributed to one of Val-Valvelgear's exploration ships. This exploration ship was sought as a family legend of the Ohdo family that Yuamu Ohdo was aware of, though she believed it to be a treasure cache. The Rovian Bandits also sought the ship to allow them to confront The☆Lugh, creating the Rush Battlers to collect Duel Power to power the shuttle.

Eventually the Rovian Bandits learned the ship was under the UTS Main Office, and they approached UTS to purchase the premises to access the Space Treasure. Due to the groups' tenuous history, Yudias Velgear only agreed to consider relinquishing the property if Rovian Kirishima defeated him in a Rush Duel. During the Rush Duel, Netsuzo Shinjitsu slipped away and joined London Kirishima in infiltrating UTS while everyone else was distracted by Yudias and Rovian's Rush Duel, finding a hidden entrance to the Space Treasure's hangar in the garage. Yuamu and Navel Number 81 followed them, discovering them with the Space Treasure. Kirishima fed the Rush Battlers the Bandits had collected into the ship, activating its launch sequence and boarding it with Netsuzo; Yuamu and Navel Number 81 climbing onto the ship from the rear, but failing to board it themselves. When the Space Treasure's launch bay was brought to the surface, Nyandestar also attempted to board it, but failed to get to it in time. As the Space Treasure launched, Yudias' resolve activated Val-Valvelgear itself and it launched and left Earth's atmosphere. Yuamu also fell off the Space Treasure, but was rescued by her brother Yuhi and Asaka Mutsuba. After it had done so, Kirishima and Netsuzo piloted the Space Treasure out of Val-Valvelgear's Super Valivel Shield and into space.

Kirishima and Netsuzo eventually encountered The☆Lugh's spaceship and entered through a docking port, landing the Space Treasure aboard.
