Outer Space Information Blocker
An Outer Space Information Blocker is a device that can intercept transmitted information in the Yu-Gi-Oh! GO RUSH!! anime. One is sealed on Nyakayoshi, where it was used to preserve the culture of non-competitiveness the Nyakayoshians undertook.

The Outer Space Information Blocker on Nyakayoshi has two main sections; a lower frame that appears to contain the power source of the device, and a tower that contains all intercepted information. Once activated, all transmissions are intercepted and any data sent over them is recorded and stored within the Outer Space Information Blocker. Four rings of data surround the tower; the Valvelgear CPT is able to interact with these to browse the data they contain.[1] However, the Blocker cannot prevent physical information being brought to the planet.
Nyakayoshi's Outer Space Information Blocker is sealed within a room that cannot open unless someone plays a game with another player and wins, but remains friends with the loser. This seal was intended to prevent conflict arising from games, as the games Average Space Shogi, New Space Buried Treasure and Space Crisis Wheat Game had devastated Nyakayoshi in the past; these three games were also sealed beneath the planet, and function as tasks blocking the way to the final trial. The entrance to these games is beneath the Nyakayoshian Elders' house, concealed beneath the head seat at the dining table and hinted at in the final line of the Declaration of Nyakayoshi; the extensive length of the Declaration function serves as another layer of security, as most grow bored of the Declaration and depart before it ends.[1]
