Primo, known as Placido (プラシド, Purashido) in the Japanese version, is a character in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Tag Force video game series. This is a video game depiction of Primo, a character from the Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's anime.

ホセの計画（けいかく）を回（まわ）りくどいと断（だん）じ、シグナーに対（たい）しても警戒感（けいかいかん）や敵対心（てきたいしん）を見（み）せる。
特（とく）に遊星（ゆうせい）をライバル視（し）し、自（みずか）らの手（て）で葬（ほうむ）り去（さ）る事（こと）を望（のぞ）んでいる。
セキュリティのライディング・ロイドを改造（かいぞう）量産（りょうさん）した「ディアブロ」をＷＲＧＰに乱入（らんにゅう）させることを画策（かくさく）し暗躍（あんやく）している模様（もよう）。

One of the Three Emperors of Yliaster.
He was recently appointed Director of the Public Security Maintenance Bureau.
Appears to be a young man.

He refuses to follow Jose's plans, and is clearly against the idea of using the Signers for their schemes.
He intensely dislikes Yusei in particular, seemingly considering him some kind of rival, and vows to personally eliminate him.
Seems to plan to crash the WRGP with the Diablo, an army of Riding Roids that were stolen from Security and repurposed for his own goals.

Out of the Three Emperors, he seems to dislike humanity the most, and his belligerent and self-centered behavior might be derived from wanting to realize his plans as soon as possible.
While usually composed, he is hard to keep in check once he is ticked off.

His ace monster is Meklord Emperor Wisel.
It is a monster with a terrifying effect that allows it to absorb Synchro Monsters.

While usually composed, he is temperamental and belligerent.

As Director of the Public Security Maintenance Bureau, he attempted to bring forth the Ark Cradle by competing the Circuit on his own, but he was ultimately defeated by Yusei upon achieving Clear Mind.
To guarantee the descent of the Ark Cradle through the use of the Circuit, he, Lucciano and Jose falsified history in order to enter the WRGP as Team New World.

His ace monster is Meklord Emperor Wisel.
It is a monster with a terrifying effect that allows it to absorb Synchro Monsters.
